Contact forms
If you contact us through our contact page, we will respond using the email address provided by you. This will NOT subscribe you to any newsletters, and we will NOT share your details with other third parties.
Cookies
We use cookies on some of our pages to monitor the effectiveness of our paid traffic from Facebook, Google, and other sources.
This helps us to track if visitors are clicking through to our site, and if they are proceeding further or not, enabling us to make more informed decisions.
We do not gather any personal information from this, and we do not share our pixel with any third parties.
Logging in
When you log in, we will set up several cookies to retain your login details and your screen display preferences. Login cookies last for 2 days, and screen preference cookies last for one year. If you select "Remember Me", your login will persist for 14 days. If you log out of your account, the sign-in cookies will be deleted.
If you edit or publish an article, an additional cookie will be saved in your browser. This cookie contains no personal information and simply indicates the ID of the blog post you edited. The cookie is removed after 1 day.
Embedded content from external sources
Articles on this site may contain embedded content such as videos, images, articles, etc. Embedded content from external sources behaves exactly as if the visitor has visited the originating website.
These external websites may collect information about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with the embedded content, including analyzing your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that site.

Who we share your data with
We do not share information with third parties; however, we do use Facebook and/or Google pixels to track the performance of our paid advertising.
This does not provide us with any personal information but allows us to make better choices based on general trends.
How long we retain your personal information
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are stored indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our site (if any), we also retain the personal information they provide to us in their user profile.
All users can see, edit, or delete their personal details at any time (except they cannot change their username).
Website administrators can also view and update those details.
What rights you have over your data
If you have a profile on this website, or have left comments (currently turned off), you may request to receive an exported file of the personal informations we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
You can also request that we erase any private details we hold about you.
This excludes any information we are required to keep by law for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
